Azuluna Pork is now available on a limited basis.  Our research and development team examined various breeds to determine which will deliver the most flavor and they have a winner. 

Today, most of the pork we consume in the US comes from pigs that spend their entire lives indoors.

We believe the best tasting pork comes from breeds of pigs that thrive on pasture.

Azuluna pigs are raised naturally outdoors, on a balanced diet rich in grains.
